Myra Riddick is a native Washingtonian, finance professional, and engaged parent advocate with more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, risk management, and fiduciary oversight. She currently serves as a Senior Asset Manager, overseeing complex, federally insured real estate portfolios with a focus on compliance, long-term sustainability, and early risk detection.
Ms. Riddick has held senior underwriting and asset management roles at nationally recognized institutions including PGIM, Walker & Dunlop, Housing & Healthcare Finance, and Fannie Mae. She is licensed as an FHA Section 232 LEAN Underwriter and brings deep experience evaluating financial controls, regulatory compliance, and operational risks.
She currently serves on the Board of the Wake Robin Golf Club, where she contributes to strategic oversight, organizational stewardship, and sound governance practices grounded in accountability and long-term sustainability.
As a parent, Ms. Riddick brings a deeply informed perspective shaped by raising a highfunctioning autistic son. This experience has strengthened her understanding of neurodiversity, differentiated learning needs, and the importance of environments that recognize strengths while providing appropriate supports.
