How to Enroll


New Student Registration Process

Congratulations! We are excited to have you join our Statesmen family.

Our enrollment process would normally take place at the school.  However, the COVID-19 pandemic has forced our school (and all schools in DC) to move to a distance learning platform.  As a result, our offices have a very limited in-person presence at this time. This will remain the status until Mayor Bowser announces that in-person classes are permissible. As part of its efforts to ensure proper physical distancing, the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) has released updated guidance on how to complete the enrollment process. Please use the following steps to secure a seat for your scholar:

Please log into MySchool DC using the credentials that you created when applying to schools. You should see a waitlist offer from Statesmen College Preparatory Academy for Boys PCS. Accept this offer.

Next, review the list of documents at website. These documents must be submitted in order to enroll your student.

When you have gathered all of the required documentation, please send it to us using one of the following submission options:   

Scan and e-mail the documents to enrollment@statesmenboys.org; or   

Mail physical copies of the documents directly to Statesmen using the address below.

Within 48-72 hours of your submission, a member of our Team will contact you. They will welcome you to Statesmen and answer your questions.
